Transition Programme
Bridge Your Pilates Training With Polestar Pilates Benelux
What to expect.
The Transition Programme takes your previous Pilates teacher training to a deeper level. We honour the training you already have while giving you the tools to improve critical thinking, assessment, and program design, so you can teach with more clarity, confidence, and depth.
This programme is designed for instructors who are already certified through another method and want to bring their teaching up to Polestar's level, grounded in biomechanics, clinical reasoning, and a deeper understanding of how the body actually moves.
Transition Programme Spring 2027 - Leuven
-
Through the Transition Programme, you will deepen your knowledge of biomechanics and anatomy in relation to Pilates, and learn how Pilates exercises connect into effective program design. You will develop assessment and evaluation skills tailored to each client's needs, refine your cueing for more precise and individualised teaching, and strengthen your client connection and coaching skills. Together, these build toward better designed sessions and stronger client outcomes.
-
The Transition Programme is taught by Katina McCulloch, Senior Polestar Educator, in a small group setting with individual attention for each participant. As part of the global Polestar Pilates community, you will also have access to Polestar's teaching resources and materials throughout the programme.
-
You must already be a certified Pilates instructor through a recognised teacher training programme. During your application, we will ask about your previous training and certifying body, so we can confirm the Transition Programme is the right fit for your background.
