Comprehensive and Mat Course‍ ‍

This cancellation and refund policy will be clearly communicated to potential enrollees before registering for their Course. By confirming their registration, they agree to the following terms:

Cancellation Policy‍

1. Cancellations can be made with a €50 administration fee up to 30 days before the first course module.

2. 50 % of the course fee will be charged for cancellations before the first educational weekend of the course.

3. Later cancellations will be charged the full course fee.

In cases 2 and 3, the non-refundable course fee will remain on the students’ account and can later be used to pay for any other POLESTAR Pilates course.

POLESTAR reserves the right to cancel or postpone planned courses - or to hold them completely online. Participants will be informed of this in good time. The booking of travel and hotels should wait until the official course confirmation. This will take place at the latest two weeks before the start of the course. ‍

No-show Policy‍ ‍

1. The comprehensive or mat student is expected to attend ALL weekends in full.

2. No fee to change the student to an alternate weekend (other series) if they provide notice more than one week in advance.

3. €50 fee to change the student to an alternate weekend (other series) if they provide between one week and 24 hours notice.

4. €200 fee in case of no-show on the day or providing notice less than 24 hours beforehand.

Weekend changes are subject to availability at the requested location. A spot in an alternate series can only be confirmed once availability has been verified. Polestar Pilates Benelux cannot guarantee placement in a specific series or location.

Please note that only a medical emergency can be regarded as a valid reason for a late refund. This will be looked at case by case and NEEDS to happen prior to the start of the course or module.

Any no-shows or post-hoc cancellations are excluded.

Travel and Accommodation

Students are responsible for arranging and covering all travel, accommodation, and related expenses associated with attending the training.

Polestar Pilates Benelux strives to deliver all training modules as scheduled but reserves the right to postpone, relocate, modify the format (including online delivery), combine, or cancel modules if operational circumstances require it.

Students are advised to book flexible or refundable travel and accommodation arrangements until training dates and venues are confirmed.

Polestar Pilates Benelux accepts no liability for any costs incurred by students, including travel expenses, accommodation costs, cancellation fees, or rebooking charges resulting from changes to the training schedule, venue, educator allocation, or delivery format.

Language

All our courses are taught in English. Please note that you should have a good grasp of English (speaking, understanding, reading, writing) to participate in our courses.

Sign-offs

Sign-off credits included in the enrollment fee for the Comprehensive Training are valid only during the course period. They must be used before completing the final exam. Once the final exam has been completed, or if two years have passed since the course start date, any unused credits will expire.

Exam

Examinations are organised and administered by Polestar Europe. However, all examination registrations are handled through Polestar Pilates Benelux. Exam spots are limited in availability so please register in a timely fashion to ensure your spot. If an exam location is full then we have a waiting list option available.

Registration for examinations becomes binding once the examination registration form has been submitted through the Polestar Pilates Benelux website.

1. Registration is open up until 6 weeks prior to the first day of the practical exam date.

2. Examination registrations can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 6 weeks prior to the first day of the scheduled examination date.

3. Cancellations or changes made within 6 weeks of the examination date will be subject to 50% of the examination fee.

4. In the case of a no-show on the examination day, the full examination fee will be charged and no refund will be granted.

Please note that only a medical emergency can be regarded as a valid reason for a late cancellation or refund request. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be communicated prior to the examination date.

Any no-shows or post-hoc cancellation requests are excluded from refunds.
