This complete mat series consists both live weekend components and online components. It will prepare you to teach group mat classes to healthy individuals in any environment.
You will graduate as a Certified Mat instructor which can be used as a stand-alone qualification, or you can continue on towards becoming Comprehensively Certified with our comprehensive Polestar course.
