Pilates Noord in Amsterdam is the current location for the Polestar Mat course in Amsterdam, plus some continual education courses. Pilates Studio Noord was founded by Özlem Köseli in 2018, and later in 2021 Eefje de Bruijn came on-board as a co-owner. Both are Mat and Comprehensive Polestar Pilates certified instructors who strive to guide people move in their day to day life to reduce or prevent injuries or complaints. They also focus on movement during and after pregnancy, and around (peri)menopause. Pilates Noord provides group classes on the mat and the reformer, as well personal training on all the major pilates equipment. Pilates Noord has an international Pilates instructor team with their own expertise and Pilates and/or physio background.
