COMPREHENSIVE EXAM

Exam preparation - Exam June
6-7 June 2026

Preparing for your exam happens step by step. First, you’ll do the Mid Exam before Module 4, a chance to check in on what you’ve learned so far and get your first logbook sign-offs.
Then come the Sign-Offs, where we make sure your entire logbook is complete and ready to hand in one month before the Final Exam.
To top it all off, we organise an Exam Prep Day: a dedicated moment to revise, ask questions, and walk into your Final Exam with confidence.

  • The Mid Exam is organised before the start of Module 4. During this session, we revise and refine the exercises from Modules 1–3. These exercises can already be signed off in your logbook. The Mid Exam is a great opportunity to check what you have learned so far, to recognise what you already master, and to see which areas may need a bit more focus in preparation for your Final Exam.

    If you pass the Mid Exam, you will receive a certification that allows you to start apprentice teaching in certain studios. This can be a valuable way to gain experience and confidence while continuing your education.

  • During the Sign-off sessions students get the perfect opportunity to refresh, refine and learn more regarding the Polestar repertoire.

    These moments are not only for the students sitting the next exam - it can also be a great revision for those still going through the course, who will be sitting their exam later in time.

    Don’t forget to subscribe, because the spots are limited!

  • The Exam Prep Day is a one-day session where we review key information, address common difficulties, and give you practical tips to approach your exam with confidence and trust. It is designed to support you in refining your knowledge and skills, making sure you feel fully prepared. We recommend scheduling this day in the period leading up to the exam you plan to take.

    as the exact date and time of your exam depends on the number of students taking the exam.

  • The Final Exam takes place at the end of your course and is the last step towards becoming a certified Polestar Pilates teacher. To register, please send an email to Polestar Europe at info@polestarpilates.de. Make sure to include your name, course, and exam location in your email.
