What to expect.
This complete mat series consists both live weekend components and online components. It will prepare you to teach group mat classes to healthy individuals in any environment.
You will graduate as a Certified Mat instructor which can be used as a stand-alone qualification, or you can continue on towards becoming Comprehensively Certified with our comprehensive Polestar course.
2024 Spring Mat Course - Amsterdam
OUTLINE
Gateway Mat: 11 & 12 May 2024 (Saturday 11 am - 7 pm, Sunday 9 am - 5 pm)
Polestar Principles (online lectures to watch on your own before Mat 1)
MAT 1: 25 May 2024 (Saturday 12 am - 6 pm)
MAT 2: 6-7 July 2024 (Saturday 11 am - 8 pm, Sunday 9 am - 6 pm)
Location: Amsterdam. About Moving for Gateway Mat & Mat 1. TBC for Mat 2.
Duration: 335 hrs
Live lectures, homework & online material: 205 hrs
Observation: 30 hrs
Self-mastery: 50 hrs
Apprentice Teaching: 50 hrs
Final exam: 1 day, options in Amsterdam, Basel, Paris, Cologne (additional cost of €150 excl. 21% VAT)
